PHSSA Amaze Day

Our Amaze Day committee develops stations for each grade level based on:

• Art
• Physical Education
• Environmental Science
• STEM
• and Music

SOLs influence the stations - such as 3rd Graders learning about Mosaics and 5th Graders learning about soil erosion. Each station includes a short reading or fact sheet on the topic, followed by a hands-on interactive activities. Our goal is lots of guided discovery so students can create and build with their own imagination.

Amaze Day spans PHSSA's campus, plus Forest Hill Park and Reedy Creek. Since 2023, we've partnered with Riverside Outfitters and Astro Jump to offer adventurous physical education stations.
