Winter Homecoming Dance

Hello Mighty Oak Families!

We are happy to formally invite you to our Winter Homecoming Dance! This dance is for grades 3-5 and we are inviting our graduating class of 2023 to return to PHSSA for a night of dancing and fun! The theme is Enchanted Forest.  We need a photobooth backdrop and some more decorations, so please reach out or sign up to help! We have a ton of volunteer options for this dance so please click the attached link even if your student is not in 3rd-5th grade. 

Here are some important details for the Dance:

• All students must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the dance. If you are planning to volunteer, keep this in mind.

• Cost: $5 per person (adult or child); + an additional $3 per person for pizza.

• Payment can be made in advance on MemberHub, or a check made payable to PHSSA PTA or cash (exact change only) can be brought to Ms. Phillips in the front office.

• Please register and submit payment by Thursday, January 18th.

• We will not be handing out tickets for this event. There will be a list at the door the night of the event with names of those that have paid.

• We have a clean up/break down options from 8:00 – 8:30 after the dance and on Saturday 1/20 from 10 am – 12 pm.
