Family Involvement Requirement

Involved, engaged families lead to successful students! One of the founding principles of PHSSA is meaningful family, educator, and community involvement. As such, families are required to complete 24 hours of involvement per school year, as a condition of continued enrollment at PHSSA.  There are numerous ways families can reach this requirement – numerous ways and places to be involved in the success of your student(s).

🌟Each family needs ONE Track It Forward account (even if you have multiple PHSSA students or multiple adults). If your family isn't already in the Track It Forward system, you can fill out this form and we will get you added and you can enter your hours back to the beginning of the school year.

🌟If you are already in the Track It Forward system, please log in and enter your family involvement hours up to this point and check your profile to update your student(s)'s information (teacher and grade) if necessary .
