Tamara joined Richmond City Public Schools in 2005 as an Exceptional Education Teacher. Her journey as a Reading Specialist began in 2012, focusing on supporting students learning English as a second language and those with learning differences. She is most interested in learning more about Dyslexia and Dysgraphia and how better to encourage the growth of all learners in literacy.
